Made in roça, driven worldwilde

I come from a small town in the countryside of Minas Gerais, Brazil. I grew up wondering what lay beyond the mountains. In a place like that, the world can feel distant. So I climbed trees just to see a little farther. When that wasn’t enough, I imagined. And I drew.

Graphic art and visual storytelling shaped my imagination long before I knew they could become a profession. I created everything I wanted to see and experience. I imagined a future for myself. And over time, I moved toward it, through Belo Horizonte, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Bogotá, just to keep creating.

Over the past 15 years, that path has taken me through startups at different stages and global agencies like McCann, DDB, and Publicis, creating for brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, and HubSpot. Each move demanded adaptation: learning, unlearning, and reframing perspective.

In Belo Horizonte, I became aware of my small-town roots. In Rio, I became aware of my own accent and everyone else’s. In São Paulo, I learned the scale of a metropolis. In Bogotá, I understood myself as Latina.

Music, theater, cinema, museums, and culture in all its forms keep expanding the way I see. I play guitar, ukulele, and percussion, mostly for Carnaval, and I travel whenever I can.

I began by drawing what I wanted to reach. I still create to keep expanding what’s possible.

Rewards for Creativy

I’m enthusiastic about diversity and representation in communication. Different perspectives enrich the dialog. For L’Oréal Paris “My First Women’s Day” campaign, I was honored with an award for reinforcing inclusion and highlighting the importance of diversity in the creative sector.
